These are graduation cupcakes! I made these for an order for a graduation party. Half are chocolate on chocolate, and the other half is vanilla on vanilla. Both are topped with star sprinkles, but the vanilla ones are topped with a graduation cap ring. They also have blue and gold wrappers because the school colors are blue and gold.
